NRF Partners with Infosys to Introduce a Retail Accreditation Program

NRF Partners with Infosys to Introduce a Retail Accreditation Program National Retail Federation (NRF), the world's largest retail trade association, has partnered with Infosys to launch the Basics of Retailing Credential program. This retail accreditation program, the first of its kind, will help IT and business consulting professionals gain a deeper understanding of retail to enable IT solutions that transform business operations. The certification process sets an industry benchmark for professionals to gauge their domain expertise.

The Infosys-NRF partnership and the program are unique. So far, the retail and IT industries were dependent on internally developed programs and onsite education for a deeper understanding of each others' domains. Infosys is the first organization to engage NRF to create such an assessment and credential program.
